In France, Caroline's entire environment has been set up so that she can manage on her own on a daily basis. She has a guide dog, Flash, who accompanies her everywhere, even to school! She also does a lot of sports activities adapted for the blind and she already has trophies. Later, she would like to participate in the Paralympic Games: she may bring back other medals, who knows?

Naesha is a 12-year-old Haitian girl who lives in Port-Au-Prince. She experienced the great earthquake of 2010 and now lives with her mother in a small house rebuilt on the heights of the city. Life is organized even if there are not many means, and Naesha never loses her joy of living! His dream ? Become a teacher !

Selma lives in Vancouver. Her father is French, her mother Argentinian, so at home we speak several languages! Selma is also very good at tennis and table tennis. In fact, she is an active young girl, who does not hesitate to go outside even when it rains!

Yannick lives in Boston, USA. In his bedroom, he has room to store his knightly costumes and fake swords. He even sometimes goes to play on the university campus where his father works. Nothing beats a good medieval battle, right?

The capital of the province of Quebec is also called Quebec. Élise lives nearby, in a beautiful house, with her family, her dogs and her little goat Sunny. Later, Élise would like to be a singer, or even a television host, and she is already training!

Who said hockey was a boy's sport? Bréanne lives in Winnipeg, Canada, and she loves ice hockey so much that she is part of a team with which she has won competitions. She is preparing to later become a real professional player!

Manon is of Chinese origin, but she lives in Belgium. She was adopted when she was little. She is a dynamic young girl, always ready to laugh with her friends, and who loves to read and draw comics!

Between Madagascar and Africa is a group of islands: these are the Comoros. Maïssanne lives on one of these islands, Mayotte, with her entire family. She is very fond of sports and dancing. Maybe one day she will become a ballet teacher?

In Quebec, there are several native reserves. Among them, there is one that is home to an Algonquin community, to which the twins Rose-Aline and Bryan belong. They live in a simple cabin and they do well in school so they can have a good job when they grow up. But they don't forget their native culture: Bryan has an Algonquin name, "Mikizi", which means "eagle"!

In Morocco, in the mountains, we sometimes find real little paradises. This is the case of the Happy Valley, a region where Jamal, a young Berber, lives. On the back of his mule, he travels the streets of his village. Later, he will be a teacher!

In New Brunswick, one of the provinces of Canada, is the historic region of Acadia. This is where the first French settlers arrived. Hundreds of years later, their descendants are still there: Myriam is one of them! In her house by the sea, she is as passionate about fashion design as she is about her dog Ti-Lou.

Anselme is a little Frenchman who lives by the sea, in Brittany. He often goes for a walk on the beach to collect pieces of wood and old washed up objects, which he uses to make works of art. He is used to the sea: he even has his own boat!

Kigali is the capital of Rwanda. This is home to Hughes, who was adopted by his parents as a baby. He enjoys games, soccer, and he loves also exploring in the bush. Later, he would like to become a guard in an African park, to prevent poachers from killing wild animals.

Burundi is a country in Africa where, sometimes, poor children are forced to work. Fortunately, this is not the case for Abby: she goes to school every day and she studies well, because later she would like to become a doctor to help others!

Alisa is a boarder in a classical dance school in Belgium, where she studies at the same time as dance lessons. The days are sometimes tiring, and she does not return to her parents until the end of the week, but she is ready to do anything to realize her big dream: to become a prima ballerina.

The Kanaks are an indigenous people who live in New Caledonia, an island in the Pacific. During the week, Djoany is a boarder in a college, but when she returns to her parents, it is to play all day outside, in the forest, making huts or throwing herself into the river with a Tarzan rope!

Elsa lives in Kigali, Rwanda, in the heart of Africa. It is a country where you can observe wild animals such as zebras, lions or giraffes, and Elsa loves it! Maybe one day she will become a veterinarian?

Polynesia is a region of the Pacific Ocean where there are hundreds of paradise islands. Gregory comes from one of these islands, Wallis and Futuna. He now lives in New Caledonia, in a converted cabin, and when he is not at school he has fun outside, with his dogs, climbing trees or going to the nearby beach.

Between Madagascar and Africa are the islands of the Comoros. It is on one of them, Anjouan, that Monir and Abdérémane live, in a neighborhood with lots of houses stuck on top of each other. They love video games, motorbikes, soccer… And then they always have neighbors their own age to come and play with them!

Tobia is full of energy. In Switzerland, where he lives, he plays with his little sisters, but he especially takes advantage of every opportunity to go play soccer with his friends. When he is quiet in front of his computer, he plays a game to create houses: later, he would like to be an architect!

In Guadeloupe, there is a volcano called La Soufrière. At the bottom of this volcano is the house of Antony, a young boy passionate about karate and soccer. He also loves books and later wants to work in a library. Let's hope that, by then, the volcano will not wake up!

In Burundi, a large part of the population is very poor. This was the case of Jimmy's parents, who could no longer take care of him. So, Jimmy left. He joined a gang of other kids who live on the streets like him. Together, they help each other and manage to find something to eat and a place to sleep every day.

Laïka is Haitian. Since her city, Jacmel, was hit by the earthquake, everything has to be rebuilt. There are even bags of cement in Laïka's room waiting for the day when we can expand her house! Until then, Laïka is having fun, at school or with her mother. After all, even though the earthquake was terrible, life goes on!

Carla lives in the very small island of Terre de Haut, near Guadeloupe island, in the Caribbean. At home, it is always sunny and warm, but as soon as you need something you have to take the boat and go to the big main island. She loves the city of London, film her friends, sing and danse. She’s a real talent!

Luan lives in Montreal. Her dad is a musician, so there is always music at home! Luan, too, sings, learns to play several instruments and enjoys being on stage. The garage has even been converted into a music studio!

Carmen is 12 years old, her little sister Manzak is 10. They live on the big island of Madagascar, in south-east Africa. It is an exotic country, with the jungle and funny animals like lemurs. Carmen and Manzak even have two turtles!

Jacques lives in New Caledonia, a group of islands east of Australia. He lives in a big cabin in the middle of the jungle, so when he's not at school he often goes hunting and fishing in the forest. He is very resourceful and he can fix almost anything, so later he would like to become a mechanic!

Shana lives in New Caledonia, an island near Australia. She lives on a ranch where there are several animals she spends all her time with. Later, of course, she will be a veterinarian! In the meantime, she spends most of her time playing outside, in nature.

William lives near the Canadian city of Regina. He is francophone in a region where the majority of people speak English. He is a boy passionate about sports – basketball, hockey – and who collects player cards to then exchange them with his friends.

In Madagascar, Michelle, a Frenchwoman, has created an orphanage where she welcomes around 50 children, who are between 1 and 17 years old. When they are not at school, the children have fun by inventing games themselves or making small toys. They have a lot of imagination and a great sense of solidarity!

In Romania, there is a nomadic people: the Roma. They are also called gypsies Roxanna is one of them, she lives in a village of Roma who have settled down. She loves music, sings and plays the transverse flute. Later, she would like to be a musician and go to other countries to promote Roma songs!

Said lives in a small village in the mountains of Morocco. He knows the paths well and he has everything he needs in terms of equipment to be able, one day, to take tourists on hikes. In the meantime, he plays soccer and marbles with his little brothers, then he draws a lot. It seems that the landscape around his village inspires him a lot!

Souad lives in a simple house in the mountains of Morocco. At home, there are no roads and it's a bit like a desert. On the other hand, there are camels! His dad owns several of them, he uses them to transport people and goods across the country.

Tara is part of the Algonquin family, an indigenous people of Canada. She lives in Quebec, on the Pikogan reserve. She is a little girl who likes to play outside, laugh with her school friends and play sports. Later, she would like to be a stuntwoman in the movies!

In Broooklyn, very close to New York, there are lots of activities to do. Zoé knows it well and she takes advantage of it! This young girl full of creativity is never bored, and she takes her little brothers along on her imaginary adventures. It is sure, there is a seed of an artist in her!
