The film explores the relationship between music, language (37:15 and 50:00) and nature (30:00 and 61:00). Music can also be created out of everyday objects (42:30). Have students create an audio project about meaningful sounds in their life, including an oral or written explanation of the project. Discuss how local culture, such as a hockey team, can affect personal decisions about careers (2:30) and other aspects of social life.
