Teacher asks students to:
- study the works of Alfred Bernhard Nobel, the inventor of dynamite;
- list various situations in which pyrotechnics are used (e.g., fireworks, rockets, demolition and excavation, munitions, building roads and railroads, setting off avalanches, inflating airbags, mining industry) and discuss how important the discovery was;
- view excerpts of films, selected by the teacher, demonstrating the applications of pyrotechnics in the film industry.
